• Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days across India.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all prepaid orders of INR 1499 and above.
• Tracking: A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once your energized item is dispatched.

Return & Replacement Policy

We take pride in the spiritual integrity of our gemstones. Because our items are energized (Pran Pratishta) in your name, we offer a Replacement-Only policy to ensure your satisfaction.

• 3-Day Window: Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt.
• Replacement Only: As products are personalized in your name, they are non-refundable but fully replaceable if damaged or incorrect.
• Proof Required: Photos or an unboxing video are mandatory to initiate a replacement request.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all lab certificates and tags intact.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for personal preference, natural color variations, or minor size differences inherent to natural gemstones.
• Processing: Replacements are shipped within 5–6 days after we receive and inspect the original item.
